We are hosting a ladies only lunch on the 17th September at Meggetland on the day Boroughmuir take on their city rivals Heriots.
The day will start with a drinks reception from 12.30 with the launch of a new Raspberry flavoured drink from the makers of Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer. We will also have a wee glass of Prosecco or two to whet the appetite.
Our main meal is prepared by our in house culinary experts Mackenzies Catering. This will be a two course meal with coffee and petits fours to follow.
We will then have guest speakers to share some laughs and give an insight into the rest of the days proceedings as well as some of the other on-goings around the Meggetland campus.
There will also be music and song to ensure guests are entertained and the day goes with a bang. We will no doubt run a raffle with some cracking prizes and then finally bring in some burly rugby lads later on to put a twinkle in the eye!!
We have tables to sit 8ppl or 10ppl available but please ask if you have numbers outwith these.
We do hope you can some along on the day and maybe bring friends, family or even work colleagues as we continue to ensure that the rugby club makes everyone feel welcome and a part of the community sports hub here at Meggetland.
