On Sunday 25th at 1pm, we will hoist our original club flag that has been carefully looked after by Gordon Laidlaw for the last 15 years.
We we will then kick off our round robin senior (over 35s) tournament against the Crusaders and the Nationwide Bank. We are likely to play three 40 minute halves and they will take place on the big pitch.
Davie Barr is putting together our team and has a few old faces lined up - so why not come down and see what their heads think they can do but that their body are evidently saying no to.
It's a very Boroughmuir way to kick of our Centenary Season, with old friends as guests playing inclusive, social but competitive rugby (with a small "c").
Burgers will be available from 1:30pm and our Sunny terrace which will be teaming with Boroughmuir Bears Players. Sowhy not take the opportunity to head down and meet them - and check out whether they really are Grizzly or not.
It's a bank holiday weekend so no excuse. Bring a sense of fun and enjoy our club that has been running for 100 years. Admission is free.
