Boroughmuir Rugby won the RBS National League today, as a result of Watsonians losing to Kelso.
The result meant closest rivals are now unable to challenge for the top spot.
Boroughmuir Chairman Bill Watson commented,
“This is a great result for all the hard work the club has put into the season. It achieves a big goal for us to return to the Premiership and helps bring our community together to share the success.”
Boroughmuir Rugby finish off the season with 2 more games against Biggar and GHA and will be keen to finish the season on a high.
Next season's plans are already underway, but for now, the club will be celebrating this moment together.
